Shipping Policy At Vayunox, we curate unique handmade jewelry from global suppliers to bring you the best styles.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days.

  • Shipping Times: Due to the handcrafted nature of our items and global sourcing, please allow 10-20 business days for delivery.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

  • Customs/Duties: Vayunox is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds Policy We want you to love your Vayunox jewelry. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

  • Return Window: You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
